Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Boardman, OH is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process: collect data, assess needs, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes with the health team.

In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you will administer medications safely, coordinate patient teaching, and ensure continuity of care across departments, while acting as a patient safety advocate and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• BL S Basic Life Support (required or preferred as indicated).
• Associate or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing patient assessment and formulate a care plan.
• Administer medications safely per policies.
• Coordinate care and provide patient teaching with the health team.
