Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Ohio seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process, perform assessments, plan care, administer medications safely, and coordinate across departments.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support patient teaching, advocate for safety, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to a compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current BLS Basic Life Support certification (preferred).
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice (required).
• Associate degree in nursing required; diploma in nursing also acceptable; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the care team, conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment and plans care.
• Administers medications safely and coordinates care across departments.
• Acts as a patient safety advocate and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
