Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts. You will provide patient care under the nursing process, following the direction of Charge Nurse(s) to ensure quality outcomes. This role emphasizes compassionate care for underserved populations and requires strong communication and critical thinking.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Must have current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse(s).
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostics, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend mandatory meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
