Job summary

Valley West Health Care Center in Oregon seeks a Registered Nurse to join our on-site care team. You will provide skilled nursing care, assess patient needs, and update care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered RN in the applicable state and active.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients with ongoing assessment.
• Revise and implement care plans based on changes in condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being.
