Job summary

Secora Rehabilitation of Cascadia in Portland, OR is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM). You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and ensure compliance with clinical standards in a fast-paced rehab setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active Oregon RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and have experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Schedule: PRN / Per Diem – Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and clinically strong Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) Day Shift basis. This role provides direct nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with all clinical standards and regulations.

PRN RNs are essential in supporting staffing needs and maintaining high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
