Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in our Nursing department in Yakima, WA. The role reports to charge nurses and involves implementing the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
