Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure documentation per policy.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
