Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Washington state is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in our Nursing department. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses, participating in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state of employment.
• CPR certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse(s).
• Implement medical plans by administering medications and assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and participate in mandatory meetings/training.
• Communicate patient information to nursing staff, physicians and supervisors as required.
