Job summary

AllianceHealth Durant is seeking an experienced RN PRN House Supervisor to lead hospital operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will coordinate staffing, patient flow, and respond to emergencies while ensuring safety and high-quality care across departments.

As a critical after-hours administrator, you will supervise nursing staff, promote adherence to policies, and collaborate with physicians and administrators to maintain operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing.
• RN license in good standing (state licensure).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate staff and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations during shifts and ensure staffing adequacy.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and bed utilization.
• Act as administrative point of contact during after-hours.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety and quality care.
