Erickson Senior Living's Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, MD, seeks an RN PRN to provide compassionate care in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. You will promote resident well-being, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and deliver holistic care aligned with standards.

The role emphasizes building resident relationships, documentation accuracy, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive community. Compensation is $42.00 per hour and a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention, med administration, and treatments per orders.
• Develop holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Support resident preferences in the EMR.
• Ensure documentation is current and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
