Primacare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead clinical operations and mentor nursing staff across shifts. The role emphasizes quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will oversee daily unit operations, supervise RNs/LPNs/STNAs, coordinate staffing, and participate in staff development and performance reviews. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience: Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
