Job summary
Saber Healthcare Group in Kentucky is seeking a licensed RN to lead nursing care in a SNF setting. You will assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate outcomes, and supervise nursing assistants and other staff under the direction of Nursing leadership.
Requirements include an active RN license in Kentucky, CPR/BLS certification, and basic computer skills for electronic health record software.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN within the state in which you work.
- Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident’s needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
