Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of the DON and Nursing Supervisor. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs while maintaining compliance with regulations and security requirements.

The role requires an Illinois RN license (or ability to obtain one), CPR certification, and the ability to undergo background checks and clearances.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required and active.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of patient needs within scope of practice.
