Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the facility. You will work under the DON and Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to a wide range of medical, mental health, and social needs.

This full-time role requires an Illinois RN license or eligibility, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance including drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Registered Nurse license for Illinois or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and criminal background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
