Job summary

Centurion seeks a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle, Indiana. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify and respond to a wide range of needs.

Requirements include an Associate's degree, RN license or ability to obtain, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

Associate's degree required.
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
Must be CPR certified.
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
Available Shifts: Variable.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Nursing Supervisor.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
Maintain documentation and ensure quality of care in a correctional facility environment.
