Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hill Correctional Center in Galesburg, Illinois. The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to respond to a broad range of needs.

The role requires an ADN, RN license (or ability to obtain), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Shifts are 8 hours, 5 days a week with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
• Work under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address physical, psychological and social needs.
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week with weekend rotation.
