Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join the team at Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover, MD. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision, ensuring compliance with DON directions and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to address complex health needs.

This position requires MD RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and the ability to obtain necessary clearances; prior nursing experience is not required, and the role

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse license in Maryland.
• Must show/obtain PPD TB screening documentation.
• Must be CPR/BLS certified.
• Prior nursing experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON/Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and address physical, psychological, and social needs.
