Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse to join the Primary Care Community Internal Medicine Outpatient practice. You will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, patient education, and manage transitions of care within a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You will collaborate with providers and Care Team members, mentor others, and participate in quality improvement. Eligible for TN sponsorship and OPT considerations; state licensure and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program, as recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• At least one year RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year LPN experience at Mayo Clinic.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/family education and transitions of care.
