Job summary

The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a registered nurse to join the Primary Care Community Internal Medicine Outpatient practice. You will coordinate nursing care, deliver patient education, and manage transitions of care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will practice under the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking, and participate in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program required.
• RN license in applicable state; BLS required.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in team-based care and adaptability with care settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care.
