Job summary

MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care across the nursing process. You will coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining a compassionate environment for patients and families.

This full-time RN position requires NM RN licensure and BCLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NM or multiple states recognizing NM.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Assess, document, and communicate patient status to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions.
