Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient health data and document nursing history.
• Initiate anesthesia record and home medication record.
• Coordinate appropriate in-hospital referrals to support patient care.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients to ensure understanding.
• Support and follow up per outlined protocols, including education and outcomes.
