Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. in Indiana seeks an experienced RN Pre-Op & PACU to join our perioperative team. The role centers on patient safety across the peri-anesthesia continuum, pre-op education, and individualized plans of care.

You will monitor patients in PACU, manage post-operative pain, assist discharge, and document care in the medical record. Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and nursing degree required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the appropriate state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operative assessments and patient education to support perioperative plans.
• Post-anesthesia care including monitoring and discharge readiness.
• Document all assessments and care plans in the medical record.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and CMS/AAAHC standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital partners, and ASC staff.
