Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in Pleasanton, CA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess and plan patient care, coordinate with the care team, and educate patients and families to manage care and prevent complications.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, 2 years PACU or 1–2 years Critical Care experience, CA RN license, and AHA BLS with possible additional certifications as required.

• Perform and document care plans per nursing procedures and standards of care.
• Evaluate interventions and monitor for adverse responses and side effects.
• Educate patients and families to promote self-care and disease prevention.
