Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• 1+ year to 2 years of acute care RN experience required.
• Licensure as RN in California or compact state; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients by collecting and documenting data through interviewing, history taking and physical assessment.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans; document and communicate care.
• Coordinate care with other providers and educate patients and families.
• Monitor patient responses, evaluate interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to C-I-CARE standards and hospital policies.
