Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care in diverse settings. The RN is accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing and may delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Day shift; 40 hours per week. Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in nursing, current Ohio RN license, and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse health care settings.
• Accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing; delegates tasks per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients.
• Supports leadership, process improvement, safety, and efficiency within the unit.
