Job summary

WMH Alzheimer’s Support Group is seeking an RN Practice Manager to oversee operational, clinical, and personnel duties across physician specialty practices and ambulatory clinics. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with providers, and ensuring patient-centered care.

The position requires an active RN license in Pennsylvania, with BSN preferred and substantial nursing and leadership experience. Proficiency in EMR and Microsoft Office, plus billing knowledge, is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania required.
• BSN preferred; healthcare administration or management experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, or practice management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ambulatory practice operations, regulatory standards, quality improvement, and patient care delivery.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications.
• Requires 1 year prior physician office management experience preferred; preferably in designated specialty.
• Microsoft Office experience including proficiency in Excel.
• Professional billing experience and/or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for assigned physician specialty practices and ambulatory clinic locations.
• Oversee operational, clinical, and personnel aspects to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with providers and administrative leadership to support patient experience initiatives and regulatory compliance.
