Qualifications

• Registered Nurse - NJ (Required)
• BLS (Required)
• Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
• 3+ years clinical experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day clinical practices in collaboration with Practice Leadership.
• Ensures compliance with TJC, CMS, and DOH requirements across all practice locations.
• Oversees infection control standards and participates in EOC rounding.
• Supports hiring, onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff, completes clinical competencies and performance appraisals.
• Regularly meets with clinical staff to improve communication and build productive relationships.
• Manages staffing, pay practices, and timecard approval; supports change management strategies.
