Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to join the management team responsible for clinical staff management and patient care across a practice. The role includes quality monitoring, staff supervision, triage, IV administration, and education of patients, caregivers, and staff.

The candidate will work Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with no weekends or holidays, and will ensure efficient day-to-day clinical workflow and high standards of care in accordance with the Pennsylvania State

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required for nursing leadership.
• 3 years of relevant nursing leadership experience required.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and staffing/scheduling to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate onboarding and continuing education of clinical staff.
• Mentor staff and ensure adherence to clinical policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Practice Manager on workflow, documentation, and patient satisfaction.
