Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compiles nursing database and formulates nursing diagnoses.
• Plans and documents a written nursing plan of care.
• Coordinates patient, family and health team in planning hospital and post-discharge care.
• Performs clinical nursing skills and administers medications and IV therapies.
• Communicates patient status and plan through medical records and to physicians and staff.
• Educates patient and family using teaching/learning principles.
