Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse to prescribe, delegate, coordinate nursing care and lead patient care teams.

You will participate in patient and family teaching and help maintain professional nursing practice standards in a dynamic clinical setting. This role creates a positive customer service environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum Nursing Degree: ADN or higher (BSN, MSN, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assessment and identification of patient needs
• Implementation of appropriate interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service.
• Delegation of nursing care activities and provisions of supervision; establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care; assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems; and performs technical aspects of care competently.
