Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Nebraska RN license in good standing.
• Experience: 2 years in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessments, and medication administration.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in EHR.
• Communicate with residents and families about care status.
• Mentor and supervise LPNs and CNAs on shifts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and infection control.
• Respond to medical emergencies and support on-call rotations.
