Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent within five years of hire.
• Current RN license in Washington or multi-state endorsement.
• Active BLS; ACLS/PALS or TNCC/NALS as required by unit.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality, patient experience and costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care for diverse patients.
