Job summary

Smith Crossing seeks a Registered Nurse PM Supervisor to lead the nursing team and coordinate resident care in our Illinois facility.

Full-time role, every other weekend, 2:30–10:30 pm shift. Starting pay is $42 per hour, commensurate with experience. You will support clinical assessments, documentation, scheduling, and act as a liaison to families, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize health and quality of life for our residents.

Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois is required.
• 4-5 years leadership experience in nursing.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
• Support clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered.
• Act as family liaison and communicate with families.

RN PM Supervisor Job Description:

FULL TIME POSITION, EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. The Registered Nurse PM Supervisor is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care.Supports nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered.RN (Registered Nurse) PM Supervisor assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage.Acts as family liaison.

Shift is 2:30 to 10:30pm.

Requirements:

• Must have RN license in good standing in Illinois
• 4-5 years leadership experience in the nursing field
• Long term care experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• Must possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
• Strong computer skills are essential
