Job summary

Smith Crossing is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caring team. Pay starts at $39 per hour with an additional $2 shift differential for PM and Night shifts. A total sign-on bonus of $2,400 is available, paid in installments after 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Must be a licensed RN in good standing in Illinois.
• Strong computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of residents.
• Dispense and accurately record all medications.
• Carry out physicians' orders accurately.
• Ensure care of residents by CNAs and nurses is delivered appropriately.

Job description

Sign-On Bonus:

You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

What you bring to the table:

• RN License in good standing in Illinois
• Long-term Care experience (Preferred)
• Caring and compassionate nature
• Possess strong computer skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
• Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately
• Carrying out all physicians orders accurately
• Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately
