Job summary

Smith Crossing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to enrich the lives of geriatric care residents. We offer a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay based on experience, with additional shift differentials for PM/Night and weekend hours.

Ideal candidates hold an Illinois RN license, have long-term care experience, and demonstrate compassionate patient care along with strong computer skills. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents

Job description

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Starting Pay:

$39 per hour (based on experience)

$2 Differential PM or Night shifts

*Additional 10% weekend shift differential for all shifts
