Smith Crossing in Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. The role offers a starting pay of $39 per hour, with a four-installment sign-on bonus totaling $2,400; compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and full-time employment.

You will perform ongoing resident assessments, administer medications, follow physician orders, and ensure care is delivered safely and compassionately.

Qualifications

• RN License in good standing in Illinois.
• Long-term Care experience preferred.
• Caring and compassionate nature.
• Possess strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents.
• Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately.
• Carrying out all physicians orders accurately.
• Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately.

Job description

Sign-On Bonus:

You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Pay starts at:

$39 per hour

Plus an additional:

$2 PM and Night shift hours differential
