This full-time position offers a day shift, onsite work, and a $10,000 commitment incentive. Licensed NC RN with ADN/BSN preferred; experience in physician offices or urgent care is valued.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in North Carolina; required licensure and BCLS.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret clinical information and communicate with patients and staff.

Aufgaben

• Maintains compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates competence in patient care within RN scope, including assessment, exams, procedures, medications, and education.
• Processes orders, returns patient calls, and notifies physicians of results as directed.
• Documents care provided in the medical record.
• Facilitates patient flow and assists with prioritization of work assignments.
• Assists with supplies and performs equipment safety checks.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and evidence-based nursing practices.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, infection prevention) and participates in unit-based performance improvement.
• Demonstrates good customer service, communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff.
