Job summary

Baptist Health is actively seeking an RN in the Physician Practice to provide direct, pre-operative, and intraoperative nursing care under supervision, and to lead a care team.

The role includes participation in quality improvement, in-services, and customer service, with required RN licensure and BLS; CNOR and ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on department. This is a full-time position at Central Alabama Women's Care - South.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Membership in AORN encouraged.
• RN license required, BLS required.
• CNOR preferred, ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending upon department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, pre-operative, and intraoperative nursing care.
• Lead a team engaged in delivering nursing care.
• Participate in quality improvement and in-services.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, guests, and staff.
