USPIMemorial Hermann Surgery Center Greater Heights in Houston, TX, seeks a motivated RN Perioperative Clinical Manager to supervise nursing care for operative patients across ENT, General, GI, and more. Expect Monday–Friday schedule, early mornings and occasional late evenings, with no holidays or weekend call.
You will lead the perioperative team, implement evidence-based practices, evaluate care quality, and participate in staff selection and performance reviews while upholding our mission
is seeking a motivated RN Perioperative Clinical Manager to join our team.We have5 OR rooms and 3 Treatment rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures inENT, General, GI, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology.We are looking for a candidate to be available Monday-Friday, schedule subject to changed based on surgical schedule and flow of day. Candidate needs to be available for some early mornings and later evenings.
Some later evenings required.
Responsible and accountable for coordinating and supervising the nursing care provided to patients having operative or other invasive procedures. Supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Currently licensed in the state.CPR required, advanced life support certification required.One-year experience required intra-operative setting.Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
