USPI Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Greater Heights is seeking an RN Perioperative Clinical Manager to join our team. We operate 5 OR rooms and 3 Treatment rooms for outpatient surgeries across ENT, General, GI, GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, and Urology.

Weekdays only, with some early mornings and later evenings as schedules dictate. Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care for operative patients, leading the perioperative team, and managing operations and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed in the state.
• CPR required, advanced life support certification required.
• One-year intra-operative leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care for patients undergoing operative or invasive procedures.
• Lead perioperative team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Manage perioperative services department operationally and fiscally.
• Participate in staff interviews and evaluate performance.
• Pursue professional growth and participate in a professional organization.
