Job summary

AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Day shift team at 1 Health Park Dr. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and document care accurately. Collaboration with a diverse care team and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

We value compassionate care, patient education, and adherence to standards. RN license and BLS certification are required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with an Associate's degree is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Registered Nurse license is required.
• BLS CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care.
• Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family.
