Job summary

AdventHealth Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, diagnose and plan care, and to implement treatments with patients and families during day shift hours. You will document care accurately and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS certification required.

Job Description

Location: 630 5th Ave. Hendersonville, NC Shift: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm. Assesses and diagnoses patients' and families needs to provide quality care. Develops and communicates realistic problem lists for each patient in collaboration with the patient and family. Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment. Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals and objectives. Maintains current knowledge, certification, and licensure, and pursues ongoing professional growth and development. Provides patient education and support to address identified needs. Monitors and evaluates patient progress and adjusts care plans as necessary. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
