Job summary

AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC is seeking an RN for full‑time day shift to deliver high‑quality patient care. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an RN license, BLS certification, and strong English communication. Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• RN licensure required; BLS CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients and families to determine needs and plan quality care.
• Develop and communicate realistic problem lists for each patient with patient and family.
• Implement medical plans, nursing interventions, and procedures with appropriate skills and judgment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
• Promote effective teamwork to meet department goals and objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge, certification, and licensure; pursue ongoing professional growth.
• Provide patient education and support to address identified needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
