The Perinatal Clinical Operations Coordinator provides essential 24/7 on-site leadership combining clinical operations management with administrative support functions for our perinatal service line. This role oversees daily operations and coordinates patient flow processes from triage to discharge for birthing patients, newborns, and neonates at our two distinct birthing centers. Our La Jolla campus at Jacobs Medical Center includes a level III regional NICU, labor & delivery unit, high-risk antepartum unit, birth center, and a postpartum unit. Our Hillcrest campus includes a level II community NICU and a labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) unit.
