Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• California RN license required.
• BART or BLS at hire with ART within 6 months.
• NRP certification current.
• AWHONN fetal monitoring cert.
• 2+ years perinatal nursing exp.
• Advanced obstetric/neonatal care knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and patient flow for birthing patients, newborns, and neonates across two campuses.
• Coordinate staffing, resource allocation, and nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies in real time.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Support scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll tasks as directed.
• Lead quality improvement projects and data analysis initiatives.
