We require a BSN, CA RN license, and perinatal leadership experience. Role includes 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and professional collaboration with obstetric and neonatal teams.

Qualifications

  • BSN required and CA RN license in good standing.
  • Current BART or BLS at time of hire with ART plan commitment.
  • NRP certification and AWHONN fetal monitoring training preferred.
  • Two plus years in perinatal nursing with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 on-site leadership for perinatal services across two campuses.
  • Coordinate patient flow from triage to discharge for birthing patients and neonates.
  • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and nurse-to-patient ratios.
  • Partner with physicians and clinical teams to ensure safety and quality.
  • Mentor staff, support crisis response, and monitor safety metrics.
  • Collaborate on scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll related tasks.
