Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an RN for Labor & Delivery on a per diem basis in Massachusetts. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress to optimize outcomes.

Work with physicians to tailor care plans and educate patients and families. MA RN licensure and completion of an approved RN program are required, with BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program is required.
• BSN strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse for our Labor & Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

This is a per diem position.

Pay Range

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
