Job summary

Winchester Hospital is seeking an OR Registered Nurse on a per diem basis. You will perform accurate assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress to evaluate outcomes, while collaborating with physicians to tailor care plans.

The role requires a Massachusetts RN license; a BSN is strongly encouraged. Per diem status may include varied shifts and compensation based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $39.00 - $93.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
