Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Labor & Delivery team on a per diem basis. You will perform patient assessments, administer medications, monitor progress, and collaborate closely with physicians to plan the best care for each patient.

You will also educate patients and families to help achieve optimal outcomes. A Massachusetts RN license is required; BSN is strongly encouraged and prior unit experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• BSN strongly encouraged; work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress and evaluate therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal care plan.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse for our Labor & Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the following:

Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
