Job summary

People, Incorporated in Taunton, MA is seeking an RN to join our Residential Program on a per diem basis. The RN will provide premier services to medically involved individuals, administer medications, and support daily routines in a 24-hour home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities include structured activities, ADL care, family visitation coordination, implementing Positive Behavior Support, and crisis de-escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, outings, meals, ADL care, family visitations, and distribute medication while upholding human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• De-escalation and crisis management may be required to ensure safety.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.


• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.


• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:
